• ​Scheduling & Cancellations ​Our Policy: We value your time and reserve your appointment just for you! To keep our schedule running smoothly for all our neighbors, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.

• ​Late Cancellations & Lockouts: We understand life happens! However, if a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours' notice, or if we are unable to access the home at your scheduled time (lockout), a fee of 50% of your service will apply. This helps us cover our team's travel and reserved time.

• Home Prep: “To get the most out of your scheduled time, we kindly ask for a light “preclean” tidy. Clearing away loose clutter, toys, or paperwork from surfaces allows us to focus 100% of our energy entirely on the deep cleaning and sanitization you’re paying for!

• Protecting Your Treasures: “To ensure the safety of your most cherished items, please secure any valuables or delicate collectables before our arrival. Items not kept behind closed doors or in cabinets will be cleaned with care but securing them ahead of time is the best way to prevent accidental “oops” moments!

​Payment Process: "To keep things simple and paperless, we utilize a secure electronic billing system. Once your service is complete, you will receive a digital invoice via email. You can conveniently pay using any major Credit Card or via ACH (Bank Transfer) with just a few clicks."
